Lemurian Seed Crystals & the Legend of Mu
Lemurian Seed Crystals are known as master healers, and are thought to carry messages from the lost continent of Lemuria or Mu that is now buried beneath the Pacific Ocean. For thousands of years Polynesians have handed down stories of a continent on the Pacific that was the motherland of mankind. Legends of Mu are narrated in the ancient knowledge of numerous indigenous tribes of the Philippines, such as the B'laan and Samal of Mindanao. There are still many sites in the Philippines today with boulders that are thought to be remnants of Mu, and portals to the spirit world. The Lemurians were known for high telepathic powers and spirituality, and legends tell us that having foreseen a cataclysmic event, they programmed Seed Crystals with their knowledge and traditions before departing the Earth for other star systems, or going deep into the Earth where they exist as light beings or spirits. As the Philippines is thought to be part of the lost continent, that could explain why there are so many healers, psychics, mediums, and spirits.
The idea of the Lemurian continent first appeared on the Eurocentric world radar through the works of Augustus Le Plongeon, (1826-1908) a 19th century researcher and writer who conducted investigations of Mayan ruins in the Yucatan. He announced that he had translated ancient Mayan writings, which allegedly showed that the Maya were older than the later civilizations of Atlantis and Egypt, and also told the story of an even older continent of Mu, whose survivors founded the Mayan civilization. There are various dates for the Lemurian timeline – some placing it millions of years ago – while others define the Lemurian era as roughly 75,000 to 20,000 B.C. – prior to Atlantis. Others speculate that Atlantis and Lemuria co-existed for thousands of years. The exact location of Lemuria also varies with different researchers and authors, though it is part of the mysteries of the Pacific region flowing into the American continent, just as Atlantis is linked to the Atlantic land areas that stretch to the Mediterranean Sea. Wherever you believe the location of Lemuria to be, it is linked with the Ring of Fire. Stone monuments of mysterious origin dot the entire Pacific, from Japan’s underwater site at Yonaguni, to cryptic petroglyphs on Hawaii’s Big Island, to Easter Island among sacred and megalithic sites. Many believe that Easter Island was part of Lemuria. Its hundreds of colossal stone statues and written language point to an extremely advanced culture, yet appeared in the world’s most remote spot. The legends of Easter Island speak of Hiva which sank beneath the waves as people fled. Samoans called a similar place Bolutu. It was stocked with trees and plants bearing fruits and flowers, which were immediately replaced when picked. On Bolutu men could walk through trees, houses, and other physical objects without any resistance. The Maoris of New Zealand still talk about arriving long ago from a sinking island called Hawaiki, a vast and mountainous place on the other side of the water.
The legend goes that Lemuria was a peaceful and highly developed spiritual civilization believed to exist over 12 million years ago. The holy people or prophets of the Lemurian culture began receiving information that the Earth was going to go through a very dramatic shift. The shift that they were referring to was what is also known as the Great Flood and the destruction of Atlantis. These holy people of Lemuria were very much in touch with the land as they were/are the ancient ancestors of modern day Native Hawaiians (Kanaka Maoli). They began to be aware that it was very important that the knowledge from Lemuria be preserved. So for about 2,000 to 3,000 years, they prepared for this great cataclysm by programming Seed Crystals with their knowledge of the Earth and of mankind’s history. Having seeded the crystals, the Lemurians, it is believed, left this planet for other star systems. Others went into inner earth (while maintaining telepathic connection with those in other parts of the galaxy), where they continue to care for the earth and the seed crystals now surfacing. When the flood came, all the Lemurians who were underground were safe from the waters, even though many, many people on the surface of the Earth perished. When the waters receded, the people emerged from underground. The land they once knew was now very different. This emergence from the Earth is the point at which the Native Americans’ creation history begins. Most native peoples have lost the exact literal memory of this emergence, but within the highest ranks of shamans, this knowledge is still passed on. This oral history has been passed down through Native Hawaiians, Native Americans, Incas and Hun Elders, as well as native peoples of the Pacific area, including South East Asia, Maharlika (Philippines), and the Ainu of Japan.
In Mindanao, there exists a place of breathtaking beauty known as the Arakan Valley that stretches along the boundaries of the Davao and North Cotabato provinces, its hills and ranges interspersed with pockets of fog and mist giving a scenic landscape of mystic beauty. Among the Indigenous Peoples that have lived for centuries in this mist-veiled valley are the sub-group of the Ata-Manobo people known as the Talaingod, or “mountain people”. In Myanmar (formerly Burma) is a place of similar mysterious beauty jutted with verdant hills, cloaked with mist, and of soaring Vimana temples ethereally frozen in time. The Indigenous inhabitants of Arakan, Myanmar are known as the Mon People. Interestingly, the Mon People are also known by their other name, the Talaing. The Mon people are considered among the earliest peoples of continental Southeast Asia according to mainstream (white) history, evidences of their presence were traced by as much as 550 CE with the discovery of Mon script inside a cave. No mainstream history books or typical academic institutions (again, white) have ever discussed this seeming coincidence of distant peoples and mountain ranges having almost exactly the same names.
The Bagobo Peoples who live along the riverbanks of the sacred Cibolan River in the foothills of Mt. Apo in Mindanao (the Philippines highest mountain and volcano) narrated the ancient claim that the source of all tribes in the World originated from Cibolan River. The Bagobo also tell of a series of natural disasters, famine, and upheavals that had forced the ancient diaspora of the forefathers of ancient tribes and the scattering to other parts of the World, which is interesting because some Indigenous Peoples of North America such as the Navajo also remember their once distant homeland as Cibola. The word "Cibola" has actually been intriguingly traced to be of Dravidian origin. Dravidian-speaking people are natively found in India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Nepal, Maldives, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. The Navajos trace descent through the mother, and their families centers around the grandmother, similar to the cult of the Great Mother, which is a feature of Dravidian Hinduism. The Navajo rites, chants and dances are based entirely on the characters, incidents and places of their mythology and ritual designs. The dancers wear masks and dresses according to exacting standards, and impersonate the gods and heroes (Kachina) of their mythology. Foremost among these ancestral heroes of the Navajos are the Twins, the sons of Sun and Earth-Mother. These Twins are also called “Little War-Gods”, a name which closely evokes the one of the Hindu Ashvin Twins and, more exactly, the two brothers Skanda and Ganesha, respectively the generalissimos of the gods and of the devils in Hindu mythology. The Twins free the earth from all sorts of monsters, creating order out of the prevalent chaos. The Navajo Twins closely correspond to the ones of the Pueblo Indians and those of the Mayas and even the ones of the Indians of South America. Indeed, the Navajo Twins are the counterparts of the many twins of the Old World, pairs like Castor and Pollux, Atlas and Gadeiros, as well as the Ashvin Twins of Vedic India. In all cases the function of these Twins was ridding the world of monsters and pests, including diseases and vermin. This is true on both sides of the world. It is only the generalized ignorance of these traditions that allows the enduring of the foolish theories which prevail among academics who generally believe that these civilizations developed in total isolation from each other.
Archaeological evidences have started to reveal that an ancient civilization did exist for thousands of years in the Maharlikan lands to further vindicate the ancient claims of the Bagobo Peoples. In the Marianas Islands, excavation of pottery shards dated 3500 years ago have been further traced to originate from the Maharlikan lands that predated to be of even older time at 3800 – 4000 yrs. From this is can be surmised that a series of geological stirrings could have triggered the mass diaspora of the ancient tribes. The Bagobo Peoples living in the foothills of Mt. Apo narrated of rumblings in the heavens that may signify the eruption of Mt. Apo, of ancient drought and famine that forced their ancestors to flee and found other cultures and tribes. The spread of ancient settlements may also be documented through over 3000-year-old archaeological anthropomorphic jar artifacts discovered in Saranggani in Mindanao to the south of Mt. Apo and eventually to Luzon with unique limestone tombs discovered in Quezon province aged over thousand years old. It's been speculated that the many eruptions of Mt. Pinatubo in Luzon may had further triggered the next wave of diaspora of among our Maharlikan ancestors as the survivors struggled to escape from impending disaster. The eruptive history of Mt. Pinatubo had been clustered to 6 - 12 periods, and the eruption of 1991 was said to be very small by comparison.
This may partly explain as to why forefathers of the Ifugao people built stairways of rice terraces in the hilly landscape of the Cordilleras, despite fertile flatlands somewhere else, in an attempt to escape from Mt. Pinatubo wrecking havoc among the lowlands by that time. The other ancestral survivors however, most probably trapped along the edges of Luzon by volcanic eruptions, had no other refuge but to cross over the wide expanse of the seas in their balangay boats, ultimately to navigate towards the Continental part of Asia. By the 7th Century CE, the Maharlikan survivors began to rebuild anew and may have created the earliest Southeast Asian kingdoms of the Champa in Vietnam, the Khmers of Kampuchea, and the Mons of Myanmar.
Lemurian Seed Crystals
A Lemurian Seed Crystal is usually either a communicator or healer, with most of them being communicators . These crystals may be in a range of colors including clear, smokey, green, pink, blue, Citrine colored and apricot, or what are commonly known as golden healers. Many have a light coating of iron oxide, which may be the reason for the coloring of some specimens. They have deep ridges on the sides, like a ladder, and this is the major characteristic that identifies them. Lemurian crystals are all wands and as such, conduct, amplify, and focus the Universal Life Force.
Lemurian Seed Crystals have strong feminine Yin energy, and can be used for balancing the body and emotions, to retrieve ancient information, and to communicate with spirit guides and beings of higher energy vibrations. They are used in spiritual healing when the entire organism is out of balance with itself, and can be used to bring a sense of oneness to a person suffering from feelings of disjointedness or detachment. Their healing energy seems to be more focused on teaching than actually healing. These crystals have an incredible intuitive energy, and seem to almost guide the healer in the use of other crystals. They seem to help our minds rapidly assimilate information and process it in a non-linear fashion so that suddenly we "just know" what is wrong and what is to be done to correct it.
Hold one while meditating and slowly move your fingers upwards along the ridges on the sides of the stone one by one. Relax and allow yourself to receive any messages the stone wishes to transmit to you (and maybe connect to our ancient Lemurian ancestors?!)
